I think I love making contests 'cause I decided to start a new one. I know I just finish my last one and I didn't drew all the prizes(but I will and they'll be awesome trust me).
So what you need to do this time:

Draw at least one of my OC with at least one of yours OC
Choose the OCs you think that will be friends
Also you have to tell me in the description why do you think our OCs will be friends
Tell me when and where they met
