Wedding dress contest

Hiiii guys!!! Merry Christmas to all that celebrated it and a happy new year!!!
You haven't heard from me for some time. Wondered how am I?

Well....I'm engaged!!!!I'm getting married!!! I received the proposal and the ring before Cristmas and I am getting married in a year and a half (I got a lot of preparations to do and people to invite so I can't do it sonner 'cause I want it to be perfect and unique).

The thing is I am not the kind of girl who dreams of her wedding dress and had it already in her mind from her childhood. I actually have no idea how it should look. I don't even like wedding dresses. Not the traditional type anyway.

But I want my wedding dress to be special and I don't think I will find it a store. So, that's why I ask for your help. You all amazing friends and talented designers. Help me and design my wedding dress!!!

What I want:
A dress that makes me look taller. I am 5.3 ft and my future housband is 6ft. I need to seem taller!!!
Please not a puffy princess dress!! I can't stand those
 :update: I want a dress fit for a queen. Maybe something GoT styled, something that Daenerys or Margaery would wear.
The dress doesn't have to be exclusivelly white. If you can add a little bit of red in it and make it look elegant I will be very gratefull.
Maybe you can design a short dress. I prefer a short dress. My fiance not so much. But you can try and design a short dress and maybe he will change his mind.
I am only interested in the dress design. If you want to use a model in winx style you can draw my OC Miranda. But the design is enough to win.
You don't have to design the shoes or the accessories. Maybe you can design the tiara and the veil if you want to.

2): Your OC drawn by me in all the curent transformation by the time the contest ends.
3) You can ask me to draw anything else if you don't like or want what I suggested in number 2)
4) You will receive pictures from my wedding wearing the dress designed by you
